Alice's Adventures in Wonderland
In my Advanced Typography class, I was tasked to typset an existing piece of literature or text. I chose Alice in Wonderland because I frequently reference it in my work. We also had to design a cover, and hand make the book ourselves.

BRIEF ─ 01
The brief was to design a classical-style book, choosing a piece of writing of my choice. I chose one of my favorite stories, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.
CHALLENGE ─ 02
The obstacle I had was integrating my own illustrations, along with old illustrations from the original book. I needed the book to have a strict grid.
SOLUTION ─ 03
The final book is a saddle stitch booklet sized 8.5 by 5.5. The cover is made with cardstock and matte paper to highlight the rich purple background.
